Q) What do the different condition definitions mean?
A) The condition definitions are as follows:
- Excellent: has little to no scratches and is in near new condition.
- Good: Has a few minor scratches but in overall unblemished condition.
- Fair: Has scratches, scuffs and possibly other imperfections.
- Poor: Has scratches, scuffs, possibly other imperfections and may have damage.
Q) Do you ship internationally?
A) No, at this time we do not ship packages internationally.
Q)How are shipping charges calculated?
A) Shipping costs are calculated based on the current rates of the respective shipping service. The weight, size and depending on the service, the location of delivery are used to calculate the shipping charges. In many cases shipping is not charged on items in the TC store.
Q) What is your return policy?
A) Returns are accepted 7 days after you receive the item. If an item is returned and not defective, the shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and a restocking fee of 15% may be charged depending on the condition of the returned item. All items are inspected for damage and missing items both defective and non-defective upon receipt. Missing items could result in a partial refund on both defective and non-defective items. An RMA number must be received before returning the item or the return will be refused.

A) Send a message from the contact page located here. A response is typically received in 24 hours or less.
Q) What are the conditions of the items you sell?
A) The products on Technical Cultivation have a condition of New, Refurbished, used or for parts. If an item is in a condition other than new, it will be documented in the description. Also, see the Condition Definitions section above for additional details.
